By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, our Returns Policy, Shipping Policy, Payment Policy, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy.

2. Product Information

We make every effort to ensure that our products are accurately described and that all information provided is up to date.

  • Typographical errors, pricing errors, and other inaccuracies may occasionally occur.

  • No rights may be derived from such errors or inaccuracies.

3. Orders and Payment

Orders will only be processed once full payment has been received.

4. Processing and Delivery

The delivery timeframes stated above are estimates only. Delays caused by high demand, public holidays, customs procedures, or other circumstances beyond our control do not entitle the customer to cancellation or a refund.

5. Returns and Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed, and a refund request or chargeback may not be initiated before the item has been received.

6. Liability

We are not responsible for loss or damage during transit where tracking information confirms that the parcel has been delivered to the address provided by the customer.

In all circumstances, our liability shall be limited to the purchase price of the relevant item.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their delivery details are accurate and complete.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, photographs, logos, graphics, and website design, is the property of Rosestone Sydney and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or otherwise used without prior written permission.

8. Complaints Procedure

Complaints may be submitted in writing via info@rosestone-sydney.com.

We aim to respond to all complaints within five working days.

For complaints relating to size, fit, quality, or defects, please include clear photographs and a detailed description of the issue.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be submitted to the competent court in the district where Rosestone Sydney is established, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
