We aim to deliver your order as quickly and accurately as possible. Below you will find all relevant information regarding our Shipping and Delivery Policy.
1. Processing Time (Dispatch)
Orders are processed within 1–3 working days.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email.
2. Delivery Time
Following dispatch, the estimated delivery time is 1–7 working days, depending on your location.
Please note that delivery may be delayed during busy periods, public holidays, or due to customs procedures.
3. Shipping Method and Origin
To reduce waste and minimise carbon emissions, we ship directly from our supplier in China.
As a result, customs duties, import taxes, or other charges may apply depending on the destination country.

4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are displayed at checkout and depend on the parcel weight, delivery destination, and selected shipping method.
5. Tracking and Monitoring Deliveries – Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for monitoring their tracking information using the tracking number provided and the link sent by email.
Customers are also responsible for checking whether the parcel will be delivered to their address or redirected to a collection point, and for collecting it where required.
If delivery takes longer than expected or if there is an issue with your shipment, please contact us first at info@rosestone-sydney.com before initiating a chargeback or refund request.
6. Responsibility for Delivery
Where tracking information confirms that a parcel has been delivered, responsibility for the shipment passes to the customer.
Please ensure that your delivery address is entered correctly when placing your order.
